The Testament of Monsignor Angelo Fabbroni is kept in the Historical City of Marradi and is a dense 68-page manuscript of which, unfortunately, the first heavily damaged (as shown opposite). Are not known, therefore, neither the name of the notary or the date on which the document was notarized. Monsignor Angelo Fabbroni morì a Pisa il 22 Settembre 1803, il suo testamento fu aperto e letto davanti ai testimoni, come si legge nell’ultima pagina dello stesso, in data 14 ottobre 1803.
Spicca il fatto che nonostante Angelo avesse undici fratelli, nessuno di loro è nominato erede universale. Sono citate solo due sorelle: Rosa e Caterina. Rosa viene definita erede usufruttuaria universale di tutti i beni di Angelo.
Il vero erede Universale Proprietario risulta essere Alessandro di Felice Fabbroni, suo cugino, seguendo le volontà testamentarie di Giacinta Fabbroni, coniugata con Alessandro Fabbroni and mother of Angelo, which will come into full possession of the property only after the death of the heir usufructuary Rosa!

There are no known reasons why he would name his heir Jacinta a nephew, being the mother of 11 children . Monsignor Angelo pressed nes also against the possibility that his death occurs before the actual establishment of the fund's above-mentioned dowry and Commanders:

Monsignor Fabbroni ord ina poi che alla sua morte gli esecutori testamentari facciano un inventario di tutti i suoi mobili ed utensili di qualunque genere, degli ori e degli argenti, gioie e pietre preziose presenti nelle due case di Pisa e Firenze, come dei cavalli, carrozze e scuderia, di tutti i libri eccettuati i libri legali, and everything is sold and:

Monsignor Fabbroni specifies that the heir to Alessandro Felice Fabbroni where claim amounts were different, would be the underdog favor of James and John, brothers and sons of Francesco Domenico Fabbroni Marradi, executors.
